With rapidly growing COVID19 cases that threatens the elderly, we are asking our independent contractors (Notaries) to wear mask in order to stop the spread of the virus . Please be advised, we have no way of knowing the current health status of the mobile notaries that are hired to notarize your documents. Please be cautious and take necessary precautions when dealing with anyone when using our services. Practice social distancing if and when possible. As a customer using our services, you agree not to hold us, “Mobile Notary Near You” liable if you contract any virus, develop any medical illness or conditions from any interactions with an independent contractor that we assign you. We act only as an intermediary service for our customers.
